Day One Logistics is a
small trucking company hauling LTL and airfreight locally out of Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, NE as well as Sioux City,
IA. We also run an OTR division out of Omaha, NE that covers all 48. We take care of our drivers like
they are family. We fully understand what life is like behind the wheel and we do our best everyday to make those days easier
for our drivers and their families. As we continue to grow
we are looking to expand with the right professionals. We want drivers who carry themselves with pride and act in a professional
manner with customers and other team members. We take these values seriously and we aim for drivers who value these traits
as well. Our local straight truck
fleet drivers run in 2002 or newer Mack Freedom COE’s. They have 24’ dry boxes with power liftgates. They are
equipped with 6 speed transmissions and air brakes. Day One also uses reefer straight trucks to
meet a customer's special needs. The OTR fleet is driving
2002 Freightliner Centuries with super 10 transmissions. They are loaded up with all the powered options for comfort and safety.
They are air ride equipped and have plenty of storage. We mostly pull 53’ dry vans that are fitted with air ride as
well. Day One is also ready with other types of trailers to meet our customers’ needs. If
your expertise is with dry vans, reefers, or flat beds, know that there is a home for your skills at Day One Logistics. We are always looking for
